Orangetheory is a fitness studio that offers one-hour, heart-rate based HIIT workouts that cater to all fitness levels. The workout is built around a combination of cardio, rowing and resistance training to give you a well-balanced workout that will improve your fitness and leave you burning calories for up to 36 hours after your workout.
Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey and have never done a workout or are simply looking for the next fitness challenge, our coaches can tailor the class based and challenge you based on your current fitness level.
